Spyros Koutsouris is the computer engineer in the Department of Economic and Regional Development. He studied at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens in the School of Technological Applications in the Department of Computer Engineering. He has worked at Aluminum Ellas, at the Skyland Company, at the Central Public Library of Levadia, at Design Company, at Print Expert, and at the University of Central Greece in Levadia in the Department of Regional Economic Development. He joined the Department of Economic and Regional Development at Panteion University in 2013.
